BRP PARTNERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT
No Time for That Anti-Bullying Society and BRP Join Forces to Empower School Communities Nationwide Against Bullying
No Time for That Anti-Bullying Society (NTFT), one of Canada’s leading anti-bullying organizations committed to bullying prevention and promoting a culture of kindness, is thrilled to announce an impactful partnership and sponsorship with BRP through their Ride Out Intimidation Program. This collaboration marks a significant step forward in the fight against bullying, as both entities combine their strengths to bring awareness and inspire change across the country. As part of this partnership, BRP will be the proud sponsor of the upcoming NTFT Tour, Powered by BRP, which aims to reach schools and communities, delivering powerful anti-bullying messages, fostering empathy, and promoting inclusivity.
Since its inception in 2012, NTFT performers and motivational speakers have been empowering youth and educators with school presentations about bullying prevention and mental health awareness through storytelling and song. This partnership provides needed resources to significantly expand the Charity’s reach over the next three years.
“As someone who has personally experienced bullying and the damaging effects of it, it means the world to know that so many people care,” said Elsie Morden, Founder, NTFT. “Thank you BRP for understanding the importance of bullying prevention and awareness, and for bringing global attention, support, and funding to a cause that is tragically too often overlooked or not taken seriously. You are truly helping to change and save lives.”
"BRP is proud to support NTFT's vital mission in fostering kindness and empathy among today's youth," said Christine Babkine, Director Corporate Social Responsibility at BRP. "This collaboration reflects our unwavering commitment to act against intimidation. We believe that through education and advocacy, we can create a brighter, more inclusive future for today and tomorrow’s generations."
The tour will feature engaging presentations, performances, and activities led by influential Canadian artists, whose dedication to positive change makes them ideal ambassadors for the cause. The art of music possesses a profound healing influence, offering solace and empowerment. Discovering one’s
passion - whatever it may be - not only allows youth to express themselves but also helps them carve out a meaningful space for themselves in the world.
BRP stands in solidarity with NTFT in their dedication to preventing bullying and is honoured to form a collaborative partnership. Under the umbrella of BRP’s global community engagement program, Ride Out Intimidation actively joins forces with organizations worldwide that are addressing the widespread and debilitating challenge of bullying.
"We are honoured and excited to welcome BRP as a key ally in our mission to create a safer and more compassionate environment for students," said Melissa Toews, Board Chair, NTFT. "Their commitment to social responsibility aligns seamlessly with our goals, and together, we will amplify our impact on a national scale."
The 2024 NTFT Tour, Powered by BRP is set to kick off in April and will visit schools and communities virtually across Canada, and in-person across Ontario and Quebec expanding to additional provinces by 2026. NTFT and BRP invite schools, educators, and communities to join in this crucial initiative and stand united against bullying.
