2022 NTFT AWARDS
On Wednesday, June 29th, 2022 we held our 2nd Annual NTFT Awards show fundraiser at Arcadian Court in Toronto, ON!

MC: Virgin Radio Toronto’s very own On-Air Personality Jax Irwin, live performances from CTV’s The Launch winner Michelle Treacy, Softcult, Meagan De Lima, JUNO Awards House Band Mo' Spence & July Soul Band, Drag Performer, TV Personality and Finalist from Canada’s Drag Race, Scarlett Bobo and NTFT’s Founder Elsie Morden! Award presenters included Racial Justice Analyst & Strategist, Educator and Lawyer Anthony Morgan, Pride Reporter at ET Canada and Host of Call Me Mother on OUTtv Dallas Dixon, Therapist, Speaker, and Comedian Natasha A. Halliday, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Trainer, 50x Award-Winning Marketer Keka DasGupta, and Keynote Speaker and Entrepreneur Sam Demma. With special appearances from up and coming fashion designer Aly Kellar and also Lesley Hampton, Anishinaabe Artist and #1 Canadian designer to watch by VOGUE, the NTFT Awards show was a truly impactful evening.
Congratulations to this year’s winning schools: Annapolis West Education Centre, Belfast Consolidated School, Chan Kagha Otina Dakota Wayawa Tipi School, Dasmesh Punjabi School, École Corinthia Park School, Kisipatinahk School, Queen Elizabeth Public School, Random Island Academy, South Corman Park School, and Studio9 Independent School of the Arts.
There were appetizers, a cash bar, and a signed acoustic guitar for auction!
